Spectrum Packaging Corporation is dedicated to providing our customers with top-quality service and the latest technological advancements. We have several high-end presses in our production facility, including digital and seven-color presses with inline coating, which allow us to handle both short-run and long-run projects.

Our new seven-color Heidelberg Speedmaster XL 106 is our most powerful press. This top-of-the-line equipment enables us to deliver faster production times and improved quality, all while being eco-friendly and energy-efficient. With the UV dryer system, your packaging can be printed in a single inline pass and then immediately proceed to finishing and cutting.

We have recently invested over $2.5 million in top-of-the-line finishing equipment to better meet our clients’ needs—from window packaging service and state-of-the-art die-cutting to a lightning-fast folder-gluer that will send your project soaring through the plant at record speed.

• Our many Bobst EXPERTFOLD folder-gluer machines feature in-line glue detection, bar code readers for versioning, ultra-violet counting for accurate box counts, auto-eject system, pre-breaking, and a high-speed delivery system.

• Operating at a lightning-fast pace, our expansive state-of-the-art Bobst VISIONCUT die cutters can process up to 9,000 sheets per hour. It also features a groundbreaking contactless sheet registration system that improves overall quality.

• The top-notch, in-line GenieCut window application system produces less waste and downtime, while creating make-readies in just minutes.

Our fleet of equipment is maintained daily by our trained professionals so that they’re always running at the highest level of accuracy and efficiency. Ongoing capital investments are made based on both customer demand and also changing technologies.

Each investment we add to our inventory is selected to specifically enhance our product offering. We are experts in product packaging because we utilize a full range of complementary machines—including printing presses, die-cutters, folding machines, gluers, and specialty equipment. Every piece works together to create an extraordinary end-product.
